2. Citizen Account Responsibility

To access community schemes, you must create an account providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
  • Ensuring all uploaded documentation is authentic and un-tampered.
  • Updating your profile immediately if your contact or bank details change.
3. Prohibited Portal Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the portal for:

Submission of fraudulent credentials or identity documents.
Attempting to bypass portal security or access admin nodes.
Impersonating Council officials or other community members.
Using automated systems to scrap data or mass-apply for schemes.
Uploading malicious code, viruses, or disruptive scripts.
4. Institutional Audit & Verification

The Deori Autonomous Council reserves the right to suspend any account and decline applications found to be in violation of these terms. Furthermore, online submission does not guarantee scheme sanction; all applications are subject to physical document auditing and field verification by departmental officials.
